The challenge was to create a logo that felt human and patriotic, without slipping into clichés or overly literal symbolism.
Nichez created a custom emblem built from multiple human silhouettes, each rendered in modern Americana colors, symbolizing individuality within a unified mission. The shapes come together to form a balanced, structured icon that represents the strength of diverse professionals contributing to a greater purpose. A clean, contemporary typography system supports the mark, balancing authority with warmth. Nichez then developed a full brand standards guide including logo usage, color palette, typography, spacing, and applications across print, digital, and apparel.
