Vivrant Clean CREJ Booth

Designed to Start Conversations

After developing Vivrant Clean’s brand identity, Nichez helped bring the brand to life with a trade show activation for the Denver Commercial Real Estate Journal Expo. The goal was to create a polished, memorable presence that introduced Vivrant Clean to commercial real estate professionals and turned booth traffic into meaningful business opportunities.

Nichez designed a cohesive activation featuring a branded backdrop, podium, and a clever Tide Pen giveaway that connected directly to Vivrant Clean’s promise of keeping things spotless.

The Challenge

For a commercial cleaning company, the Expo represented an opportunity to get directly in front of building owners, property managers, and other decision-makers responsible for maintaining commercial properties. Vivrant Clean needed a booth that could stand out in a busy event environment, quickly communicate the brand, and give attendees a reason to stop and start a conversation.

More importantly, the activation needed to do what good marketing should: generate real business.

Our Approach

Bringing the Brand Into the Booth

Nichez translated Vivrant Clean’s visual identity into a simple, cohesive trade show environment. A bold branded backdrop created visibility from across the show floor, while a coordinating podium provided a professional focal point for conversations with prospective clients. Together, the elements created a clean, modern presence that reflected the company’s brand and services without overcomplicating the space.

A Giveaway That Made Sense

Rather than selecting a generic promotional product, Nichez looked for an item that could reinforce what Vivrant Clean does.

The answer was the Tide to Go Pen.

Compact, useful, and directly connected to cleaning, the giveaway provided a natural extension of the Vivrant Clean brand. It gave attendees something they would actually keep and use while creating another memorable association with keeping things clean.

Designed to Start Conversations

Every element of the activation was designed around engagement. The strong visual presence attracted attention, the giveaway provided an easy conversation starter, and the booth gave the Vivrant Clean team a professional environment to introduce its services to potential commercial clients. The activation brought brand strategy, environmental design, and promotional product thinking together into one focused experience.

The Result

The Expo proved that a well-designed trade show presence can deliver results far beyond the show floor. Vivrant Clean made valuable connections with commercial real estate professionals, and the success of the event ultimately led to multiple new building clients.

For Nichez, the project demonstrated the value of carrying a brand through to activation—creating an experience that didn't just look good, but helped open doors, start conversations, and generate new business.
